Parties

CapitalXB Finance Private Limited ("CXB"/"We"), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and a non-banking finance company registered with the Reserve Bank of India, and; "You" ("you" or "your"). Reference to CXB/"You or Your" expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include successors, assigns, respective heirs, administrators, executors, legal representatives (where the borrower is an individual/sole proprietor). You and We are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties".

This Agreement governs the access or use by You (individual or an entity) of our website, application, contents, products and services offered by CXB (the "Services").

CXB reserves the right to change or revise the T&Cs and the Agreement anytime by posting changes or a revised Agreement in the website. CXB may amend this Agreement from time to time. The amended Agreement will apply as and when amended and posted in the website. We request you to review this Agreement whenever you visit the website and make sure you understand the terms of use of the website.

Please note that this Agreement does not alter or amend the terms of any written agreement that You may have entered into with CXB for products or services.
